Lexar Industrial is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will never sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party.  We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.  If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to unsubscribe@lexarindustrial.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.  Lexar Industrial will always respect your privacy and does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.


Shipping

We take pride in our fast order fulfillment process.  All standard parcel purchases are processed and shipped within 36 hours.  Most orders ship the same day.  Because of our increased shipping volume we will often automatically upgrade your shipment to a faster delivery method or preferred service at no additional cost.  We will never downgrade your shipment to a lower service.  Expedited shipping services are available upon request.  Some items may require delivery to a commercial address.  Truck freight purchases may require a 1-2 day handling time for crating and scheduling.  Truck carriers charge additional fees for delivering to a residential address and for providing liftgate services.  Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for offloading your order from the truck.  If your site has a forklift or a loading dock you may choose the no liftgate delivery option.  If your delivery location is actually a residential address, you will be responsible for any additional charges or fees assessed by the freight carrier.  You will also be responsible for any fees charged for a second delivery attempt.  Truck freight and freight delivered items are non-refundable.


Returns

Lexar Industrial is committed to total customer satisfaction.  If there is a problem with your order please contact us at service@lexarindustrial.com or call us at 570-851-3650.  Any returns must be unopened, undamaged, pre-approved, and shipped in their original packaging.  We must be notified of any mistake within 3 business days of the delivery confirmation date.  Returns for any other reason must be pre-approved, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and will not receive a shipping refund.  Truck Freight and freight delivered items are non-refundable.  No refunds will be issued after 30 days.  Please ask any questions before placing an order.

Lexar Industrial is not an authorized distributor or repair facility for any of the products offered on this site.  This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Lexar Industrial disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Lexar Industrial does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lexar Industrial product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lexar Industrial reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Lexar Industrial reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lexar Industrial shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Lexar Industrial without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Lexar Industrial may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Lexar Industrial.
